COMMUNITY RULES
Welcome to the Dazl community!
At Dazl we value honesty, kindness and respect for others, and we hope you do too. Our community is based on freedom of expression, as long as it does not offend other members. All users are held to the same standards, and we expect you to be considerate, think before you act, and abide by community rules, both online and in person. It is important to note that your behavior can affect your Dazl account, so make sure you act responsibly. To maintain a safe and respectful environment, we have established a list of policies that all members must follow. If you violate any of these rules, we may be forced to expel you from the community. So, we encourage you to report any behavior that violates our policies and read our Security Tips to learn how to keep your account safe.
Dazl is not for:
1. Nudity/Sexual content
Please use a style appropriate for public consumption. No explicit sexual content or nudity is allowed.
2. Harassment
Do not participate in or encourage abuse or harassment towards other users. This includes sending unsolicited sexual content to your partners. We take reports of harassment, threats, abuse or intimidation seriously.
3. Violence and physical harm
We do not tolerate violence, whether explicit or implicit. Gory content, any type of action or content that promotes or threatens any type of violence, such as threats or the promotion of terrorism, is prohibited. Likewise, physical aggression, coercion or any type of violent act is not permitted. Additionally, content that promotes or glorifies suicide or self-harm is prohibited.
4. Hate speech
Any content that encourages, promotes or condones racism, intolerance, hatred or violence against individuals or groups for reasons such as: race, ethnicity, religious beliefs, any type of disability, gender, age, national origin or the gender identity.
5. Private information
Do not publicly disclose any private information, whether yours or someone else's. This includes ID card numbers, passports, passwords, financial information or private information.
6. Spam
Do not present falsehoods. Be sincere. Do not use Dazl to redirect people to external web pages via a link or in any other way.
7. Prostitution and human trafficking
It is not allowed to offer sexual services to other users. Human trafficking or any non-consensual sexual act is strictly prohibited and may lead to disabling of your Dazl account.
8. Advertising
Dazl is not permitted to be used to advertise events, businesses, non-profit organizations, political campaigns, contests or research. While we're glad you have a business or something to share, we ask that you don't use Dazl to promote it. If it is used for these purposes, we may delete the account.
9. Scams
Dazl has a zero tolerance policy for predatory behavior of any kind. We will ban any user who attempts to obtain other users' private information for fraudulent or illegal activities. We will also ban any user found to be sharing financial account information (PayPal, TigoMoney, etc.) to receive money from other users.
10. Identity theft
Be yourself and don't pretend to be someone else. Do not impersonate another person or feign affiliation, connection or association with any other person or entity.
11. Minors
You must be 18 years or older to use Dazl. Therefore, we do not allow images of boys or girls where they appear alone. If you see a profile that has a photo of a child alone, that encourages harm to a minor, or that shows a minor in a sexual or suggestive attitude, report it immediately.
12. Violation of copyright and trademark
If it's not yours, don't post it. If your Dazl profile includes work that is the intellectual property or trademark of others, do not display it unless you are permitted to do so.
13. Use for illegal actions
Don't use Dazl to do anything illegal. If it's illegal in real life, it's illegal on Dazl.
14. One account per person
Dazl accounts cannot have multiple owners, so do not create an account with a friend or partner. We also ask that you do not manage multiple Dazl accounts.
15. Third party apps
The use of applications that have been created by someone other than Dazl and that claim to offer our services or unlock special Dazl features is not authorized.
REPORT ALL INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR.
In Dazl:
From your chat page in the application, press the message or photo to report for 3 seconds and touch the “Report” button to send a quick and confidential report. The message will be reported and we will receive a notification.
Outside of Dazl:
If necessary, contact the local police, and then contact us here.
Dazl reserves the right to investigate and/or cancel your account without refund of any purchases made if you have misused the service or behaved in a way that Dazl considers inappropriate, illegal, or in violation of the Terms of use, including actions or communications that occur outside of the service but involve users you have met using the service.
